Using my own experiences battling with the stress, intensity, and trauma seen throughout my 25-year Military, and Medical career, seeing fellow Veterans & Emergency service personnel and medical professionals suffering was something that had a huge impact on my life.
Throughout these career roles, I had many extreme highs and exceptional lows. These taught me to develop many strategies, coping mechanisms and a resilience to continually move forward, set new goals and personal challenges to continue my personal and professional growth.
Over the last 3 years, I have been in continual personal development studying Personal and Transformational Life Coaching to the Masters level, backed with a plethora of supporting courses and qualifications to better arm myself to add value to my clients and businesses alike.
